Please attach the “RMA Document reshipment repair / RMA” form prominently on the package so that it is clearly visible. If the return shipment is not accompanied by this documentation, we will not be able to process it. Shipments sent to us without prepayment will be rejected and returned at the sender’s expense. Defective equipment and accessory returns are only accepted if shipped prepaid to the designated location.
